Five prominent sculptors have been shortlisted in the competition to choose a creator for the statue of Nelson Mandela to be erected in Nelson Mandela Place, Glasgow.
The five were commissioned to produce maquettes of their proposed designs, and the winner will be decided later this month. Before that final decision we are holding a public consultation, displaying all five entries in Glasgow City Chambers and showing them on the powerpoint above. and asking for comments that will go to the Judging Panel and the Board.
