Great to see our joint resource pack with WOSDEC , “When Mandela danced in the Square”, being used for home learning in these present difficult times. Many thanks to WOSDEC for their constant energy and initiative.
As well as fundraising for a statue of Nelson Mandela in Glasgow, a key element of our project is a long-term initiative (see more here) to ensure that the lessons of the struggle against apartheid remain in the minds of future generations so that Mandela’s life, sacrifice and values can be as inspirational to them as it was for earlier generations.
